Wyle, Texas – October, 2018 - Nightstick is proud to announce its new two AA model XPP-5414GX Intrinsically Safe (IS) Dual-Light™ LED Flashlight. Confirmed compliant in Class I, Div 1, Zone 0 hazardous locations, this cETLus, ATEX, and IECEx-certified light is safe for use in hazardous environments.

Our XPP-5414GX’s safety benefits come with some impressive performance ratings as well. In flashlight mode, it creates a 120-lumen spotlight on high that reaches out 111 meters (364 feet) with a remarkable 24-hour runtime. A downward facing 120-lumen floodlight gives the user an unfocused area of illumination at your feet for safety, or for reading without over-illumination splashback. In addition to each individual flashlight and floodlight mode, the 5414GX continues to provide its full 120 lumens in dual-light mode (simultaneous operation).

The XPP-5414GX features a nonconductive glass-filled polymer housing with dual-body switches closely spaced for easy one-handed operation, as well as a convenient reversible pocket clip for quick access. A magnet in the tail makes it simple to connect the light to a metal surface, increasing safety and providing additional hands-free convenience.

The XPP-5414GX is ANSI rated IP-67 dustproof and waterproof and meets the requirements of NFPA 1971.8.6 (2013). It is also available as a kit (XPP-5414GX-K01) with hard hard/helmet mounting bracket. The light is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. To learn more, please visit www.nightstick.com.
