It has three settings: forward light, side light and combination. Lightweight is a plus and not small but much slimmer than the old fashion flashlights. I'm very happy with this light.

This one led light set can light up an entire area of your home in a power outage. I bought my first one for hurricane Irene 2011. We lost power for 3 days. Best investment I made better than a traditional flashlight. It Finally broke this year luckily they still make them.

I had already bought one of these at one of the box stores. They, or none of the other box stores carry it anymore. I temporarily lost it on a job and could not find another flashlight that could replace it. It's size and function cannot be compared with any other flash light. And I looked high and low for a replacement. I ended up finding the one I lost, was able to find it here after looking at the name on the flash light, and bought 2 more in case I ever misplaced it again.
