Amazon Review - THE BEST FLASHLIGHT COMPANY AROUND

Got one of these at a Rite Aid store that had one on the shelf by accident -- they do not carry it! Fantastic flashlight, made with the best LEDs. Two of these, turned on in both directions (the side and the end) will fully illuminate an entire room for several hours during a power failure. Couldn't find another at other stores. Looked up the company. They specialize in those huge lights that illuminate highway construction sites so the millions of dollars worth of heavy equipment doesn't get stolen at night. They know their stuff. But I couldn't find another store with the flashlights. (They make many models -- the rechargeable one is great for the car.) Contacted the company via their web site for help, told them how great this product is, and received a package from a vice president containing a personal letter with links for buying them, and a free extra flashlight as their token of appreciation. I probably have 4 of the black ones, one of the yellows and the larger, rechargeable model (recharges in both home and car outlets). As a flashlight freak, I fully endorse this as the best all-around flashlight. Easy to carry, light, very durable, incredibly efficient LEDs that put out LOTS of light and draw minimal current. Have not replaced any of the batteries yet.
I could not recommend it more highly.

Amazon Review - Batteries will corrode - otherwise PERFECT!

This is a FANTASTIC flashlight, and i buy a ton of flashlights! it's surface is a sort of fuzzy rubber, mat-finished latex or the like. and the construction is thin plastic, both these facts mean you DO NOT EXPOSE THIS PRODUCT TO PROLONGED SUNLIGHT. Otherwise it will become brittle and crack easily. Store it in a purse or glove box or felt sleeve. It is smaller -and- more powerful then it appears, uses 4 AAA batteries, which will corrode if exposed to moisture, destroying the finish and/or conductivity of the contacts. The backing is also a little loose fitting, so a drop may spill the batteries out. It's all snap-together casing, pre-assembled, It is not water proof, but can be dried off easily if opened carefully. It's easy to reassemble. And it's easy to make a little red filter for it, so as not to blind others at camp-outs. It's a little more then 2 fists long, Oval, and looks A LOT like a TRON LIGHT CYCLE CONTROL ROD/STICK! :D Seriously, if your thinking about getting one to try it out, it IS actually worth the 26$ i paid for it. I buy all sorts of cool flashlights for myself and friends. This is the one that gets me attention! It has a "smaller" twin as well, roughly 26 led's instead of 37, It's just as good in single led mode, but it's lantern mode is notably more dim (Less blinding). I recommend the 26 or so LED version for mom's with small purses. Note, Options Features or Modes to look for in -other- flashlights, include Lamp-Mode, Road-Signal, Laser-Pointer, Magnets, Tazers, un-roll'able shapes, screwdrivers, UV&IR, R-G-B, strobe'ing, Red-Eye'Friendly-light. And a single 1w (one Wat) LED 70 lumen's or more, as well as the normal (standard) low lumen's led's. Those are just some features out there on various flashlights! Keep all these features in mind when your flash-light shopping. Style should bend to your choices of function!
