This is more of a customer service review. The product speaks for itself when you use it. I did have an issue with a weapon light. When I reached out to costumer services the gloves were off and it was all hands on deck. For me and my little ole issue these amazing people did whatever they needed to, to help me. I was amazed at the way they treated me. Thank you so very much and not just the product but your customer service will make a costumer for life.

I really love this light, is super bright and easy to operate the controls. While st the range it fell off the rail, hit the floor, and the controls would not work properly. So I emailed the company asking how far their "limited lifetime warranty" went, explained the situation, and even though the damage was not technically a "manufacturer defect" that would be covered under warranty, they sent me a brand new one anyway, saying they know there may be ways to attach it to a gun so that it might fall off! I just got the replacement today, am super happy with it AND their customer service!

Absolutely AWESOME FELLAS! This thing feels SOLID as a rock, and the light output is INSANE...I can see why Police/First Responders would use this - because the controls are ingenious and easy, and the amount of "light 'em up" it produces is, well, GREAT!!! When I'm out with my dog at night, I've got this on my M&P Pro 9mm and if a coyote pack is lurking, simply point and hit the light and it's almost like a car's headlight on high! Thanks for making an excellent product! ABSOLUTELY WORTH $100 - NO DOUBT! I now want this in a flashlight form, and the light for my long guns! 100% endorse - get this bad boy if you do ANYTHING REQUIRING LIGHTING AND GUNS!!
